We’re Serving A Very Special Need and We Could Use Some Very Special Help

HIV/AIDS is on the increase in Thailand in spite of aggressive efforts to make people aware of the consequences of the disease. Poverty in the Northeast is crushing, in part because of the lack of industry. Young people continue to migrate to larger cities and neighboring countries to find work.

Mother of Perpetual Help Aids Center and the new Home for HIV and homeless children as well as a Hospice to care for dying adults is located in Nong Bua Lamphu, the newest of the five Provinces within the Diocese of Udon Thani situated along the Mekong River across from Laos.

OBJECTIVES of the Center:

• To assist HIV positive men and women with counseling and livelihood projects for a better life style.
• To assist homeless and abandoned HIV children with a home, with a decent livelihood and a proper education.
• To create and to promote more awareness of the HIV disease among the youth in schools and villages as a means of future prevention.
• To assist with English programs in schools and others in communities which will help them with better job opportunities.

MOTHER OF PERPETUAL HELP CENTER AND YOU!

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated as we seek to provide a caring home which meets the physical and emotional needs of abandoned orphaned HIV/AIDS children and babies. You can…

• Sponsor the home to help care for these children as well as children needing help in the villages.
• Donate money towards our work with counseling and awareness campaigns in these schools and villages to fight against the increase of this disease.
• Donate money to help create an endowment which will ensure the future of the Center and its programs, the home for children and the hospice.
• Create Mission groups which can help support the home and center in both prayer and financial assistance.
